Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of inDemo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

The service

inDemo is an AI demo rep that drives your product in a browser and runs live, voice-guided demos for your leads. You teach it with a walkthrough; it runs demos on your behalf within the limits of your plan.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity under it.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect products and content you own or are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for what your demos show and say to your leads.
• You won't use inDemo to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the service.

Plans, billing, and demo minutes

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Polar) on a monthly or yearly cycle. Each plan includes a set number of demo minutes — live on-air time spent running demos. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

If you switch on auto-overage, demos keep running past your included minutes at the posted per-minute rate, up to the monthly spend cap you set. Those minutes are metered and billed in arrears on your next invoice. Demos stop once the cap is reached; you can change or switch off the cap at any time.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

Your content

You keep all rights to the products, walkthroughs, and content you bring to inDemo. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and use them to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep inDemo available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inDemo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using inDemo at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
